Looks good, quirky on the X pro, June 12, 2012 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Fujifilm Accessory EF-X20 Shoe Mount Flash (Electronics) I got this unit from Amazon a couple of weeks ago. Looks nice, works well on and off the X10. Good basic analogous control dial. Cannot swivel or pivot. Does not have pre-flash, so Red Eye reduction does not work when used by itself, however can be set for preflash in slave mode. The On/off switch has to be held down for a few seconds to work. It goes off if the camera is not used for some time, will not be ready to use immediately, you have to press and hold the on/off button, even then it may require you to switch off the camera. It will certainly not come On if you mount it on the camera if the camera is On. You have to switch the camera off, mount the flash, put the flash On, then switch the camera On. Only then you can access the greyed out Auto position on the Flash Mode in the shooting Menu. Also, due to High ISO setting and capability of the X Pro1. It may not fire in most conditions in Auto Flash Mode, which means it can shut down and not be available if conditions demand it... Read more
